Refund policy

At Haven & Tails, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate garments that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
